Paris holds a special place in my heart; it is my grandmother’s favorite city and a place we got to experience together when I was young. I came across a poster with its map fitted into a heart but wanted to expand upon this concept. Rather than simply place maps of cities in hearts, I wove their topography into icons associated with their legacy and significance.
